To delete your account, navigate to Settings โ Account โ Delete Account within the App, or contact our support team at support@kitevpn.net. Upon deletion, we will anonymize or permanently remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial records for tax compliance).
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and within the App, updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
